The staircase from Kapucínska to Klariská – a busy pedestrian route – a gate into the historical city – and in desolate condition. The staircase’s location near the city library makes it predestined to be a unique city function though. We propose to reconstruct the stair head for a stop staircase with a supplementary function of outdoor summer athenaeum and occasional cinema.
