Viticulture forms the nature of the cultural landscape of our region as far back as the Ancient times. A follow-up to this tradition returns value to the place that belongs to one of the most visible in Bratislava. The project transforms a neglected area of the southern side of the castle rock in the vineyard to serve as an interactive public space. The main aspect of the plan is social inclusion in connection with the production of grapes and wine. As part of urban greenery, the vineyard gives this space a clear identity while offering a place for meetings. In social terms, the contact with the ground in the production of grapes deepens relationship with the land and develops the archetypal nature of man. Finished wine completes the process and thus becomes a reward and cultural value.
