A simple and technically easily implementable intervention is to run a dedicated City Data Catalogue for people to find information easily.
The data is often (and rightly) linked from the city website. On the other hand, in recent years people could have noticed the data catalogue of the SR (http://data.gov.sk/), as well as similar catalogues of other cities:

- London: http://data.london.gov.uk/
- New York: https://nycopendata.socrata.com/
Thanks to the catalogue, citizens will have a better overview and easier access to all the data that city makes publicly available today, or in the future.
