Environmental remediation takes place slowly, mineral reserves have reached a critical level, scientific and technological development has shown a significant step forward. How to deal with historical, ecological, social challenges? The way would be the protection against negative influences in the form of temporary urban isotopes to avoid creating new residences but to restore and add the original ones accordingly. The combined structures would respond continuously in time and space according to the degree of integrity. Each isotope protects existing urban structure from external influences while creating a new one at the same place. When that point of alignment occurs, the new sustainable system coincides with the original one.
