The park at the Bratislava Castle became much discussed topic in 2014 and 2015, since the archaeological site (with Roman excavations )at the castle is projected to get under the ground level due to the planned underground car park with 222 parking lots. Following the original design, there was supposed to be a Baroque park built above the underground car park. However, the value of the historical heritage of Roman excavations exceeds such a callous attitude. That is why I created a proposal for a romantic Roman park, which would offer visitors an opportunity to see the archaeological site withthe romantic design of the park. The segmentation of the excavations would form the park with corners of diverse flo-wers, shrubs and trees and a lotus pond.
